When installed, Trezor Bridge creates a secure local connection between your computer’s browser and your Trezor device. This ensures that sensitive operations, such as transaction confirmations and address verification, are processed securely without exposing private keys online.
If you are using the web version of Trezor Suite and your browser does not automatically detect your hardware wallet, installing Trezor Bridge usually resolves the issue. Desktop versions of Trezor Suite may not require Bridge.
